Job description / Role
Leading European Contractor is currently 1/2 way through delivering a 18 Hole Golf Course & 5* Hotel in Morocco and needs to appoint a Commercial Lead to be based on site . This individual will have experience of managing a $95 Million Dollar Building project for a Contractor. The employer has operations across the globe and are currently ranked in the top 30 Contractors to work for within the Global Contracting Market. You will have all the administration and support required for the Head Office whilst you help deliver the commercial & contractual aspects of this project working closely with the Project Director.
Personality is essential for this role as you must be able to manage & deal with a demanding client & consultant . The team that you will be dealing with is European so its essential that you can keep them on board and get buy in making your life easier.
Requirements
Its a Single Status or Married post that's absolutely safe but isn't right for people with young children that need educating.
You will have strong FIDIC experience and a good background in dealing with cost, claims, commercial management and managing a team of QSs.
Degree Educated is desired as is MRICS. However if someone is educated to a lower level but can show a track record of success and delivering a profit on site then the employer may look at this.
Need to be able to attend interviews in the next 2-4 weeks and start on site before the 1st of May 2015.
