Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for WSPs commercial management team. Reporting to the senior commercial manager you will have responsibility for managing and progressing various commercial targets with a particular focus on change management. You will be part of a team focused on improving operation efficiency and managing project and corporate risk and opportunity.

The day to day focus of the role will be to ssupport the project directors and senior commercial managers in improving the projects commercial performance and providing all necessary commercial advice to the project team, as well as;-.
- establishing change management as a specific function within the commercial offering of the current team
- developing a change management team designed to support a growing businesses needs
- leading and enhancing the current processes and procedures related to change management
- Developing systems and controls for the identification, monitoring and tracking of changes and claims.

Requirements

Along with excellent presentation skills and the ability to lead and influence, to be successful in this role you will be degree qualified, preferably QS qualified or similar. Ideally you will have worked for an engineering consultancy or contractor in the capacity of commercial manager in the Middle East.
