Job description / Role
Anderson Knight is currently seeking to recruit a hands on and dynamic Commercial Manager for a major client based in UAE.
With a proven track record in delivering Commercial Projects for my client, the key duties of this role will include:
- Managing from inception to completion the commercial and contractual aspects of all major projects
- Prepare Final Account on completion of works
- Lead contract planning, negotiations and compilation
- Identify changes in scope or differing conditions and secure change orders for project costs and time
- Attend meetings with Client / Main Contractors
- Prepare Project status reports for Project Director
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level within Quantity Surveying together with a strong emphasis on leading a project from inception to conclusion.
Excellent attention to detail along with the ability to lead from the front and meet tight schedules is essential.
Excellent written English is key as you will conduct formal meetings and close out pending issues.
