Job description / Role
Our client is a leading main contractor who have operations throughout the UK, Ireland and Middle East.
Following their continued success they have an urgent requirement for a Commercial Manager to oversee a high-profile 40m fit-out project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The project is a 42-storey building with high class finishes including stone and marble from more than 50 locations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified with at least 5-10 years experience within Senior Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.
Previous or current Middle East work experience on similar projects is a distinct advantage.
