Job description / Role
An opportunity with a respected FMCG multinational that has aggressive growth plans in the Middle East region.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be based at the distributor office in Jeddah and will be very hands-on when it comes to sales, profit and market share results. As a Commercial Manager you will manage and develop a network of distribution partners and align these distributors on the organisational goals for the region. You will develop and implement business strategy for your brands, annual business and brand plans along with their associated budgets and set meaningful objectives for your distributors to deliver the end result.
Requirements
We seek a hands on Sales professional who has been in the FMCG industry for 10+ years and has spent a minimum of 5 years in the Middle East.
You will have experience across modern, traditional and HORECA channels ideally in more than 3 GCC countries.
We would like to see candidates who have worked on both sides of the business i.e Distributor and Principal to enable them have a broader view.
Candidates with experience in a principal and who have direct managed distributors are a great fit as well.
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills with a good commercial acumen.
