Commercial Manager - Healthcare Projects

Job description / Role

Our client is a well known British Cost and Project Management Consultancy with a great presence and reputation in the Middle East, including Qatar.

They have recently won work with a prestigious client in Doha to deliver cost management services on a large medical facility. As such, they seek a Commercial Manager from a Quantity Surveying background to lead the project and the QS team.

This is a senior position with excellent tax free salary and benefits, open to candidates both resident in and out of the GCC region. Please note the key candidate requirements below.

Requirements

- Western educated to degree level
- Quantity Surveying experience on healthcare projects
- Experience of managing a team of QSs and leading projects from start to finish
- At least 10 years post grad experience
- MRICS or equivalent chartered status
