Commercial Manager - Laundry Services( Arab, European or South African Nationals)

A Leading established Laundry firm in UAE, providing all-inclusive array of cleansing and dry-cleaning services catering to Hotels, Hospitals, Retail Centers and other commercial establishments is looking to recruit a General Manager to be based in UAE.

Ensure business growth and profitability by establishing a good Business plan, managing business excellence and Generating business growth with Marketing and Sales initiatives, Overseas the daily Sales & Operations of laundry facility.

Responsibilities may include:
- Creating and Managing Business plan & business growth Strategy.
- Determining the scope of operations, facilitating in Establishing systems, procedures and policies for Quality operations and services.
- Managing Commercial operations & Marketing Initiatives.
- Managing Sales and Contract management.
- Identification, Training and development of teams for efficiently delivering a high quality service, Ensuring that the company meets all HSE requirements

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or Equivalent;
- Minimum ten years Laundry operations, management and Business Development experience preferred.
- Experience working in the GCC/UAE Market would be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English & Arabic will be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
