Commercial Manager - Main Contractor

Job description / Role

- International contractor has an opening for an experienced Commercial Manager to head up the operations in the KSA region.

- Reporting into a GM in this role you will have full commercial control of all construction projects across the region.

- You will be required to hire and manage Quantity Surveyors and set up full commercial function on projects.

Requirements

- Candidates are to have minimum 15 years experience working in a commercial role within a main contracting environment.

- You must be degree educated and preferably have RICS.

- Any Middle East experience a distinct advantage.
