The Role

Key functions of this position are as follows:

*Reviewing of monthly financial statements and providing explanations on the variance analysis

*Reviewing of contracts and providing inputs on the profitability etc
*Evaluating Business decisions and review financial impacts
*Conducting Feasibility study
*Managing Projects from inception of Cost Sheet to Hand over - all commercial aspects
*Overseeing local and Import Purchases of the division, handling Principal communication
*Preparing Flash Results
*Closing of accounts as per the forecast provided in Flash Results
*Preparing BS and Cash Flow in required formats
*Working Capital analysis and reporting
*Preparing Business Review Meeting (BRM) Pack
*Closing account books on a monthly/annual basis
*Reviewing and reconciliation of BS accounts
*Coordinating with the Business on Manpower planning
*Vetting and assisting the Revenue forecast prepared by the business
*Forecasting expenses and other costs based on historical trend and future plans
*Vetting and forecasting Capital Expenditure Budget
*Reviewing quarterly  the actual vs. Budget and SPLY
*Weekly forecasting of cash flow based on collection and various outflow in different formats for the Group Director and for Group Finance
*Ensuring Commercial & financial integrity and reliability, reviewing and strengthening business internal controls and procedures, implementation of DOA and ensuring compliance with local laws.
*Responsible for ensuring yearend audit and periodic internal audit requirements and implementation of internal Audit recommendations
*Handling SAP - PS Module
*Creating Projects in SAP
*Maintaining regular AMC in SAP
*Coordinating with the SSF on PS, AR, AP, GL, ICM and Payroll accounting
*Ensuring that the business is adequately covered by insurance policies against various risks
*Reviewing of cost control measures to increase the profitability and increase efficiency
*Preparing SOP's and implementation of the same
*Coordinating with STS on various IT and Systems development
*Looking after back office operations

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

* Qualifications- CA / CPA / CIMA
* Experience- Post Qualification Experience of 4 years to 7 years
* IT/Systems- Exposure to ERP systems, preferable SAP environment
* Languages- English
* Competencies - Astute commercial and financial knowledge of Trading and Service environment.
