Commercial Manager - (Civils)

Dublin, Ireland

100k + Package

Required for leading International main contractor with Multi-billion turnover with interests in Ireland, UK, EU and overseas.

They now require a Commercial Manager for major civil engineering contracts nationally and JV contracts internationally in the Middle East.

Requirements

Duties

You will have a proven track record with main or large sub-contracting with full responsibility for contract administration associated with large civil engineering contracts.
You will have a team of quantity surveyors reporting to you while providing support to all projects and ensuring the company procedures and requirements of terms and conditions of contract are adhered to.
Responsible for ensuring the Board of Directors is kept informed of all commercial/contractual issues on a weekly basis and provision of cost reports on a timely basis each month.
Overall responsibility for commercial/contractual issues and ensuring risk management, management of internal costs, maximum effort is made to seek financial and extension of time entitlements.
