Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor (high end Finishes)
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
$Neg (tax free) + excellent package
Our client is a leading international project management and contracting firm based in KSA, They have recently secured a number of contracts worth an estimated € 100 million in the Middle East.
They urgently require a Commercial Manager/Senior QS for the €40m fit-out of the iconic 42 - storey Tadawul Tower in Saudi Arabia.
Duties
•Any measurement
•Subcontract payments
•Compilation and agreement of Final Accounts
•Applications to the Employer of the Architectural Finish works
•Pricing of Architectural Finish Variations
•Preparation and understanding of Claims / Claim rebuttals
•Correspondence, contractual and otherwise
•Attendance at all AF meetings
•Working closely with Architectural Finishes Manager
•Schedules as appropriate.
Requirements
This building will become the home of the Saudi Stock Exchange and will include high class finishes including stone and marble.
The successful candidate will have experience working with high end finishes to projects such as Banks, Embassies, 5 Star hotels, prestigious airports etc.
This candidate must have had substantial experience with High Level Finishes ,(Granite, Stone, Wall Tiling, Glass, Terracotta, Limestone, Slate, Ornamental ceilings, Balustrades, Skylights).
The successful candidate will be based solely on this work and will have day to day contact with both the nominated Sub-Contractor and the Client. The candidate will be expected to undertake, as a minimum,
