The RoleThe Role18000 - 20000 / Medical / Benefits A leading shipping company is looking to hire a Commercial Manager (Shipping) - Offshore Support for their Abu Dhabi operations. Our client provides offshore support services for EPC Companies Candidate will be responsible for identifying new business from EPC companies. Key Responsibilities: -You will have the opportunity to build a highly professional chartering unit, and to develop and maintain relationships with clients and owners; as well as to participate in tenders for long term and spot charters for offshore vessels and to conclude contracts for the hire of owned and chartered vessels -To apply for this role you will have relevant experience in the broking/chartering of offshore vessels -Knowledge of offshore vessels operations would be advantageous -You will have strong commercial experience, with the ability to provide evidence of strong negotiating abilities -You will be a well-organized, self-motivated individual who is able to work under pressure |
RequirementsRequirements-Experience within Middle-East Market -Bachelor degree preferably in business -Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style -Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating -Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Astute business acumen -Language Proficiency: ARABIC / FRENCH and English |
