Commercial Manager - Baku
My client is a leading developer based in Azerbaijan. They are involved in a number of large scale mixed use developments throughout the country. They have over $1Billion worth of new projects coming on line this year. They have a young vibrant expat construction team.
They have a requirement for a commercial manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity surveying with a minimum of 7 years' experience.

Requirements
You will have a worked for a main contractor or developer in the UK or Ireland. You will have excellent procurement experience. Although the company is the developer they are very hands on and will often package out the projects to sub-contractors .
