Commercial Manager - Major Project - Mixed Use
Location: Qatar
Leading International Company is looking for high calibre Commercial Managers for a major mixed use project. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects either in build or infrastructure or mixed (Multi Billion Dollar Projects). Candidates will have good contractual experience and will have excellent technical knowledge.
Essential Requirements:
- Worked for a recognised international blue consultancy.
- Experience of major projects or multiple smaller projects in a portfolio.
- A stable employment history.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with over 10 years post graduate experience.
- Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
- Strong pre and post contract cost management experience
- Professionally qualified by RICS
Requirements
Experienced Commercial Managers or Senior Quantity Surveyors with excellent qualifications and a stable track record with international blue chip companies will be ideal for this role that offers excellent career progression and the chase to work on the regions leading projects.
