Job description / Role
A leading International EPC Company with Construction's track record covers every facet of industrial sector and infrastructure development projects is currently looking for a COMMERCIAL MANAGER to join their Highways/Roads/Utilities/Structures Division.
This role will be based in Doha, will require the candidate to lead the Cost/QS and Commercial team on pre and post contract for multiple highway projects.
Salary is up to QR65K per month inclusive of accommodation, transportation and airfare. Plus additional benefits like visa, medical and annual paid leave.
Requirements
Shall be qualified with a Bachelors Degree in Cost Engineering or Quantity Surveying and a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Minimum 20 years post graduate experience in the cost and commercial management of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum 5 - 8 years in a similar role and capacity. Should have enough previous Middle East Experience, working for leading contractors.
Preferred nationality - British, South African, Nigerian, Australian, Indian.
