The RoleThe RoleOur client is urgently seeking a Commercial Manager with previous experience on roads, highways and bridge projects. The successful candidate will be managing the commercial team on a major highways project and responsible for the following areas: 1. Preparation of monthly application 2. Control and submission of variation account 3. Control and payment of subcontractors 4. Preparation of monthly financials 5. Preparation and control of project budget 6. Preparation and control of final measurement 7. Submission and agreement of final accounts 8. Preparation and agreement of claims 9. Provision of contractual advice to Project Director 10. Preparation of variance analysis reports |
RequirementsRequirementsThe candidate must be degree qualified and this is mandatory, with 15 years experience and on projects valued $100m+ and prior Middle East experience. With a proven career in history in Quantity Surveying and Commercial management. Previous experience in a similar contractor type environment, will consider consulting environments |
