Job description / Role
Our client, a renowned International construction consultancy, is seeking a Commercial Manager for one of their flagship projects in Doha, Qatar.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will have complete commercial responsibility for a high profile development You will be managing a team of around 8-10 individuals, consisting of Contracts managers and Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements
- Ideally possess a relevant Degree qualification
- Must have a proven track record of Commercial Management in the Middle East
- Relevant experience working on large scale building projects in The Middle East.
- MRICS is ideally required but may not be required depending on actual all-round experience.
- Minimum of 15 years experience.
Our client can offer a maximum all-in remuneration package of QAR 50-55,000 per month. The client is also willing to make a contribution towards school fees.
