Job description / Role
Sinopack Search are recruiting, exclusively, on behalf of a leading Design and Build contractor in Qatar. The contractor are a subsidiary of a well known holding group in the region. They are both financially well backed, and entirely credible and respected in the Interiors market.
They have made, and are continuing to make, statement appointments and are making their mark throughout the Gulf, winning many prestigious projects along the way.
Requirements
- Degree Educated and a member of a professional body
- Currently acting as a commercial manager and have full P&L responsibility for either a division or a major revenue stream
- Experienced at commercial fit out projects
- Have experience of working in the Gulf *(Non essential)
- Extremely professional and has a confident presentation style to secure new opportunities
- Able to motivate and manage a team
- Responsible for the full life cycle of the commercial involvement of projects
Fit Out and/or Design and Build experience is essential and Gulf experience would be advantageous however, it is not necessary
