Commercial Manager (Managing Quantity Surveyor)
Leading Client Organisation who is looking for a Commercial Manager to work on mega projects in the Healthcare Sector.
The Projects are all in the healthcare sector including major new hospitals and the Commercial Manager will be the clients lead commercial representative. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects in the healthcare sector (hospitals) (Multi Billion Dollar Projects). Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge.
Requirements
Experienced Commercial manager or managing quantity surveyor or cost consultant capable of taking a lead role for healthcare sector projects and successfully managing a multi disciplinary team to support in the smooth and cost effective delivery of the project. Will have ideally have previously delivered major projects from inception to completion. Some previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
* Experience of major healthcare and hospital projects.
* A stable employment history.
* Degree qualified in a RICS accredited quantity surveying degree (or relevant RICS accredited degree) with over 15 years experience.
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
* Holding MRICS Professional Qualification
* Must have worked for a Cost Consultancy, Project Management Company or client side previously
