A leading Development Group with operations across Qatar are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to be based in Doha.
Our client are seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to report into the Commercial Director the role will be to ensure that work delivers commercial objectives within their core are of business which is FM Maintenance services.
Responsibilities include the below:
* Professional delivery, profitable growth
* Lead the commercial and contractual aspects of FM
* Maintenance and delivery of stated profiles
* Delivery of consistent value
* Maintenance of cost control
* To provide professional focus
* Ensure delivery costs are properly understood
* To take the lead in risk management
* To ensure the effective performance management and development, of his/her reports
Requirements
The chosen professional should be Degree educated in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, a similar background and the ability to oversee all commercial aspects within Facilities Management. To deliver health and safety policies and implement business unit actions, focus on business and assist with some BD, however mainly tendering and contract management. One should be able to develop relationships quickly and professionally. A technical background would be an advantage or within surveying moving into Facilities Management.
One should have worked in a construction background, civils or surveying keen to continue within an FM and development environment.
