Commercial Project Manager

Job description / Role

A senior project manager taking overall responsibility for end to end delivery across the business for significant projects sponsored by the Commercial division.
Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day to day operational aspects of project and scope.
Reviews deliverables and assures them before recommending them for implementation with the project sponsor and key stakeholders.
Effectively applies agreed project methodology (PMP, as defined by the Corporate PMO) and enforces project standards.
Minimises the companie's exposure to risk, both from a financial and customer perspective on the project.
Ensures project documents are complete and current Project Accounting ·
Ensures appropriate funding and PO cover is in place to support delivery of the project.
Manages the project budget where required · Monitors receivables for the project and ensures accuracy in involving.
Follows up with finance regarding non-payment of invoices where appropriate ·
Analyses resource spend.

Requirements

- 7- 8 years experience in the telecommunication industry.
- PMP, PMI or Prince2 certified.
- Currently working or previously worked in a multinational telecom company.
- Currently available in the GCC region.

References will be a must.
