Job Summary
The main responsibilities of the Commercial Leasing Consultant will be sourcing and leasing commercial properties such as office spaces, shopping malls and large retail projects.
Main Responsibilities
*Liaising with clients in order to source their requirements till such time the appropriate property is found.
*Working in synergy with other commercial agents in listing relevant property information including photographs into the relevant system.
*Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties.
*Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.
Requirements
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
*Native English speakers will be preferred for this role.
*Should have up to date working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market.
*Possess a proven track record of customer service.
*Prior telesales and face-to-face sales exposure.
*Maintain high professional standards and work ethics.
*Be hungry for success & financial gain.
*Candidates with good customer service and sales background, and interested to explore the real estate market would be considered.
