To ensure contractual liabilities are maintained on all agreements from both a qualitative and quantitative basis.
To ensure contractual liabilities are adhered to from tendering through to demobilisation.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial / Business Analysis and Management Bi-weekly, Quarterly reports for Facilities management Department.
Performing due diligence on all invoicing procedures and signing all invoices to relevant clients.
Prepare monthly risk registers and financial close off reports.
Setting up commercial framework and conducting periodic training for teams.
Development of business plans for new markets, business sectors and opportunities.
Setting financial targets and meeting supervisors to reduce on cost to the company.
