The Role: The ideal candidate will preferably have a minimum of 5 years experience in a strategic consulting capacity to large blue chip FMCG clients within a leading management consulting firm in the MENA region With over 10 years experience as a commercial manger you will providing consultative analysis and support on all operational, strategic and project orientated matters. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior executive team, you will provide an objective frame of reference delivering sound advice and commercial expertise. Acutely aware of industry "best practices", your commercial acumen will bring focus on organisational improvements, business development, organisational structure, financials, management KPIs and the submission of complex business cases Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English you will be Degree qualified with ideally a Masters in a business management disciple. You will have demonstrated strong innovational and leadership skills capable of providing change management guidance in the development of new technology implementation, strategy development and operational improvements |
