Commercial Surveyor required for Big 4 based in Saudi Arabia
Our client is an international consultancy, offering services across accounting, management and real estate. This well known big 4 has a strong track record building professional relationships across a broad range of clients and is well known for the quality service offered. Our client is a Fortune 500 company and has over 200 international offices.
Due to growth within the market, our client is seeking a Commercial Surveyor to join its highly respected Riyadh office. With over 5 offices in Saudi Arabia, our client has a strong market reputation for offering a professional and tailored service to a broad spectrum of clients to include office, retail and industrial. Based in KSA, the successful surveyor will be RICS qualified with some exposure to:
* Commercial valuation
* Commercial agency
* Commercial acquisition and lease advisory
* Advising on commercial investment
* Handling commercial development work to include feasibility studies
Requirements
The successful commercial surveyor will have some experience working within commercial property either across industrial, office, retail or hospitality and will be eager to expand and develop their knowledge base.
Ideally applicants will have some Arabic speaking skills although this is not essential. Surveyors applying for this role must either be based In KSA or willing to relocate.
Our client is offering a great deal of progression within a growing business and a competitive TAX FREE salary dependent on experience. The successful surveyor will also be entitled to a full EXPAT package (to include a relocation allowance, medical and flights home) + a performance related bonus.
