Leading private practice firm is seeking a RICS qualified commercial valuation surveyor to join it's Abu Dhabi office
Our client is a well known, prestigious real estate firm with a highly regarded commercial valuation team based across the UAE. With multiple offices throughout the Middle East, this rapidly expanding and highly accredited real estate business is seeking a RICS qualified commercial valuer to join it's Abu Dhabi office.
Responsibilities will include:
* Undertake commercial valuations across a range of assets to include; office, large residential blocks, industrial, hospitality and retail.
* Business developing across the Abu Dhabi and greater UAE market to include attending client meetings and networking.
Requirements
The successful commercial valuation surveyor will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within commercial valuation, ideally having gained exposure to a range of assets. Although GCC experience is not essential it is beneficial.
The suitable surveyor will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package of up to AED 26,000 per month (the equivalent of 52,000 GBP per year) tax free + relocation package, competitive bonus scheme, medical and flights home.
