The RoleThe RoleA role has arisen with a global leader in their field for an experienced Commercial/Contracts Manager based in Kuwait. The ideal fit for the role would be candidate who has worked within an oil & gas environment in the Middle East. The role demands highly evolved communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment. Main duties of the role: To manage all the package contracts and ensure they are delivered to customers in accordance with client and commercial standards Ensuring contractual compliance Manage key client relationships Record keeping throughout the project Ensuring that projects are delivered to quality, time and budget criteria Review all tenders Review all sub contractors Participate in management plan reviews Act as Duty HSSE Manager on rotational basis |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity degree is ideal but not essential Extensive contracts/commercial manager experience Procurement experience Minimum of 5 years in oil & gas, refining and petrochemicals Ability to communicate and give direction to a multicultural team |
