Commission Manager

Job description / Role

Our Clients are well-known for their excellence in service within the fields of technology, engineering, construction and manufacturing and have a strong base history and presence within Middle East and Asia over the last 70 years.

Reporting directly to the Head of Project control, Project Manager/Resident Construction Manager, as an experienced Completion Manager, your knowledge in Project completion plans and systems for different projects will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Interface with the Company/Client project department
- Coordinate for custodian transfer system by system for all discipline
- To compile, monitor and follow up depending on priorities
- Identify the system ready to move to the next completion phase.
- Ensure timely availability of systems and sub-systems in a mechanically complete status.
- Follow up detailed Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up requirements including necessary Vendor assistance.

Requirements

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical
- 10+ years experience in EPC organization, preferably in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals of which at least 4 years in a completion role.
- Hands on experience with completion system - ICAPS and CCMS.

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of PDO Standards/specifications.
