Job description / Role
- Supervise and execute all commissioning activities as per instruction provided by Service Manager.
- Comply with QA / HSE policies, procedures and rules, including site specific.
- Ensure to perform Risk assessment for preventive maintenance for any hazards during the work.
- Identify and check the availability and working condition of all the special/standard tools for engine/compressor on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure to submit the checklist and the site data of each commissioning activities as briefed by Service Manager.
- Identify resources required to perform the commissioning, field services, maintenance and Overhaul activity to minimize the down time of the equipment.
- Coordinate & supervise with all commissioning team to ensure the commissioning activity to be accomplished on time as per project schedule.
- To Prepare and issue work packs for Commissioning /Field Service Jobs containing scope of work, and checklists.
- Ensure to build up the centralize data for all maintenance formats, recommended spare parts for each maintenances.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in commissioning
- Coordinate, supervise and execute all commissioning, field service and maintenance activities
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- The role reports to Service Manager
- Candidate based in UAE will be given preference
