The RoleThe RoleParsons Brinckerhoff (PB) is seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer for a power generation project based in Jordan. The role will encompass the following responsibilities and tasks: • Participate in the project commissioning work and testing activities as required • Undertake site surveillance and monitoring in full (mechanical/electrical/I&C/DCS) on project commissioning • Evaluate and provide comments on the EPC contractors commissioning and test procedures • Track and follow the commissioning plan and schedule including provide information on commissioning delays according to the project schedule • Provide daily reporting to PB (including to the owner) on the contractors performed commissioning • Attend the weekly site progress meeting with the owner and inform on the commissioning status as required • Manage lease with the EPC contractor on commissioning works, resolve issue and address situations on commissioning regularly in order PB and the owner fully informed on commissioning status • Initiate and maintain PB commissioning records and documentation |
RequirementsRequirementsIf you feel you possess the right skills and experience do not hesitate to apply. - Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field - Previous work experience in the Middle East would be an advantage. - Recognized International Engineering Degree. - Clear communication skills both verbal and written. - Good people skills to be able to deal with a multicultural team of people. |
