The Role


Outstanding new role for major ($US2.5 Bn) Minerals Processing Refinery located on Gulf coastline.

The role covers all commissioning activities including coordination of the process commissioning plan, the development of commissioning schedules, in close coordination with construction management and their schedules, managing the development of the commissioning database to include systems and equipment data, test sheet sign-offs, and direction of activity for all plant and equipment from mechanical completion to operational handover.

The Commissioning team will comprise 5 functional commissioning leads, and their teams plus systems, scheduling and documentation control staff.

The successful appointee will have extensive experience at senior management level and be able to evidence successful completion of other projects in major processing plants in minerals, oil and gas, or petrochemicals.

He will be able to operate independently within broad authority levels, work harmoniously with different stakeholders and provide leadership and motivate a large multi-national team.

We envisage he will have 18+ years experience of which the last 10 years will be at senior level in commissioning functions and be supported by an engineering degree qualification.
