Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Implementing the completion program for all Contractors.
- Oversight of the EPC Contractors Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up activities.
- Providing direction and resources to the Contractor Completions organizations to ensure Erection Completion, Construction Completion and Mechanical Completion, to meet the approved systems completion and taking over (TCCC) schedule for each project.
- Working with the Sub Project Completion Teams and the Employer Commissioning Team to ensure effective turnover of systems, subsystems, and facilities are on or ahead of schedule.
- Working with the Sub Project Completion to steward completion of all punch items.
- Communicating to the Sub Project Completions Circle of Success Teams and reporting on the updated status of the turnovers.
- Stewarding critical issue resolution associated with system turnovers with the Contractor.
- Communicating the status and progress of system turnovers with Contractor Management.

Requirements

- Relevant Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Minimum of (15) year experience
- Middle East project experience
- Hospitals Projects Experience (250 Beds+)
