Employment: Full Time

This PM Consultancy are an arm of an overall Design, Engineering and Management consultancy with a Global family of over 20 000 employees. An established business in the Middle East they are currently working on the Design and Project Management deliverables for one of the largest healthcare developments underway globally.

They are seeking a Project Manager of healthcare for operational commissioning activity in relation to Institutional building element of this healthcare scheme.
Co-Managing with the Programme Manager, the commissioning project team activities related to the operational commissioning of the Institutional facility.
Develop Project Initiation Documents, Project Execution Plans and Produce Monthly Progress Reports.
Work with other internal Project Managers on joint workstreams.
Create, manage and report on project schedule tasks and deliverables.
Coordinate activities with all other project elements in the programme including FF&E, IT, Clinical and Non Clinical Support, Workforce Recruitment and Training.
Proactive management of project and programme risks.
Project interface between Steering Committee and commissioning team.
Provide advice in relation to the operational commissioning of healthcare facilities and general healthcare construction and operational matters.
Manage large and complex stakeholder groups including senior management, clinicians, nurses and construction partners.

Requirements

This individual will be Degree Qualified, with minimum 15 years post qualification project experience.
5 years of this experience MUST be on healthcare projects, and ideally in the Middle East.
If not Middle East experience than large scale project, new build experience must be included. Post Construction Operations including commissioning experience is NECESSARY.
A solid knowledge of healthcare planning and service reconfiguration and re-design is also required.
