Job description / Role
Multi-national Oil & Gas company looking for a Communications Coordinator, the role is to support the Manager – Communications with any and all activities that are being undertaken at any given time. In this role, this person will operate in a cross-functional, cross-enterprise role involving working with individuals across the company.
• Development of the overall communications strategy, and helping the company abide by its communications guidelines.
• Identification of the communication needs for all stakeholder groups (headquarters, onshore, off-shore).
• Development of communications from the CEO/Management Team to the Investors/Sponsors.
• Creation of Board of Directors meeting materials for each meeting (4x/year).
• Development of the Weekly Management Report (for 1-hour bi-weekly call with investors).
Depending on the responsibilities and priorities in hand of the Manager – Communications, the Associate – Communications is also responsible for assisting the Manager with various project management activities:
Requirements
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience in corporate communications with Multi National.
Advanced spreadsheet skills and outstanding analytical skills.
Fluent in English and extensive experience in Reporting.
Ability to create and deliver business presentations and communicate effectively.
Good listening skills and Computer proficiency.
