A leading Dubai based Developer is actively seeking to recruit a highly experienced Communications Manager. The role will require the person to Create, implement and oversee communications programs to all stakeholders
You will also be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of the Company’s overall communications strategy, which includes corporate communications (internal and external), public relations, media outreach, digital communications, and other.

Other Key responsibilities include:

- Monitor, analyze and report on PR and media results – as well as track industry and competitive trends covered in the media – and adjust programs and initiatives accordingly to maximize impact. Success in this aspect of the role will ultimately be measured by media coverage, placements, interest and recognition in the market.
- Coordinates responses to media inquiries for information and interviews, and assists, as needed, the appropriate spokesperson
- Liaises with representatives of the media as required to build relationships
- Maintains current knowledge of corporate communications, including trends, technologies, systems, and methodologies
- Develops and manages corporate internal communications and messaging.
- Directly manages corporate communications team, and agency staff as needed
- Define a Corporate Communications strategy and plan to achieve business goals and objectives
- Work closely with the senior management to develop innovative and cutting-edge PR strategies and campaigns to support business, brand and product positioning objectives
- Successfully execute programs and initiatives to deliver results
- Identify and build/nurture/manage relationships with strategic media outlets, industry and trade organizations, editors, writers, reporters and journalists key to reaching the target market
- Identify and pursue appropriate and strategic award opportunities
- Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day media inquiries
- Provide executive-level communications advice, counsel and support to senior executive team
- Define a Corporate Communications strategy and plan to achieve business goals and objectives
- Work closely with the PR agency, HR Director and other LOB Directors to develop innovative and cutting-edge PR strategies and campaigns to support business, brand and product positioning objectives
- Successfully execute programs and initiatives to deliver results
- Build/nurture/manage relationships with strategic media outlets, industry and trade organizations, editors, writers, reporters and journalists key to reaching the target market
- Work with PR agency to increase company’s positive coverage and share of voice in local, regional and national media channels and specific industry and trade media through proactive and targeted media outreach
- Coordinate internally and with clients, partners and other parties as necessary to secure quotes, testimonials, interviews and other efforts related to joint press releases, joint announcements, etc.
- Responsible for corporate profile and website content
- Ensure that website and the social media presence have a consistent look, feel, tone, style, & voice; are well-written and fact checked; are up to date; meet the needs of target audiences with high usability; and perform optimally for today’s (and future) computing and mobile devices.
- Develop and implement annual and long-term strategic communications plans

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of related experience. 
Strong communication skills, clearly both with the written and spoken word in both English and Arabic 
Strong abilities in business computer applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Adobe Suite is a plus. 
Experience in Managing web-based projects, and corporate online presence
