The Role


The Role


Our Client, a Multinational Company, is looking to recruit a COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER.

This position will be reporting to the HR Director and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
Role of a Communicator who manages the smooth flow of information to and from all levels within the entire group
Attend Director's meetings, follow up and ensure cascading of information on different projects
Create and deliver effective communication strategies for the different projects/programs
Establish a clear messaging strategy for HR Communications
Utilize communication channels and develop new intranet sites, blogs, wikis and organize events and campaigns
Monitor and improve internal communications channels and ensure increased use of electronic channels

Key Attributes:
Graduate with 5 years relevant experience
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Knowledge of Internet and Intranet communication mediums such as blogs, wikis, newsletters
Ability to organise events and campaigns
Ability to work under pressure
High levels of energy and enthusiasm
UAE National preferred
