Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Community Manager would act on behalf of the Community and would be responsible for the management of the Public Realm Governance as per the approved Strategy.

The Community Manager will be the point of contact for all Community issues and by utilizing his/her experience and knowledge on Association or Community Management, will be able to interpret and implement the Rules and Regulations of the Community and Owner.

The Community Manager will be able to educate and explain the community management philosophy discipline to potential buyers and when the first Owners Association is established manage the on administrative, client, financial and facility management level.

- Assists with the formulation and drafting of FM/PM third party Scope of Works, contracts and service level agreements.
- Reviewing and setting of proper procedures for the management of the community.
- Implement Rules and Regulations of the Community.
- Ensure that Service Charges are collected in a timely manner.
- Manage and Monitor the Community Service Charge Budget.
- Create awareness, education and monitor success of Community Management and client satisfaction.
- Resolve all Client related matters with regards to the common areas of the Community.
- Create and Resolve Defect liability period complaint record for Phase 1 along with all guaranteed item contacts ( O&M ) for the property.
- Actively involved in the handover process of the common area facility and amenities between Developer and REM.
- Managing the Properties that is still owned by the developer in the community as well as managing properties in the community and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

- Graduate with Specialization in Community / Real Estate Management
- 5 - 7years functional experience
- Middle East Experience
- Understanding of Community / STRATA / Association Management principles and
- A basic knowledge of O&M and FM policies is a required
- Understanding of Service Charge Calculations
- Internal Controls
- Reporting and analysis
- IT Capabilities

- Excellent Planning and organisational skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Budgeting and future planning skills
- Good understanding of IT business tools
