Job description / Role
To ensure that the CDMS data base has complete information about all the listed companies as per credit policy criteria and to handle all queries regarding CDMS issues based on fresh company listing and existing companies.
Responsibilities:
• To conduct the re-listing and de-listing activity in line with laid down credit policy and process and monitor the inflow of CDMS review request from sales and initiation on daily basis.
• To assist Policy Manager in special projects as and when advised and driving the same to completion.
• To initiate special visit in the event of suspected fraud, in-genuine documents, and inconsistent information or any other discrepancy observed.
•To update MIS for company tracking on daily basis and to ensure field visit report is properly filed.
• Activities / Operations
• To recommend listing/delisting companies to the policy manager after complete analysis.
• To co-ordinate the day to day activities and liaise with CDMS officers on company field visits assigned. To ensure that the turnaround time is adhered to with respect to all CDMS request.
• To coordinate with sales and initiation for timely update of companies and provide clarifications and support. Effective Co-ordination with other department for follow-up.
• Compliance
• Adhere and comply with applicable ADCB’s internal policies and procedures as well as governing regulations issued by concerned authorities.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject (business, accounting & finance, Information Technology)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Credit Risk

• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have basic knowledge of risk concepts and banking products.
• Expert Knowledge in database management and MS office
• Effective communicator in any medium, internally and externally
