The RoleThe RoleCarries out a variety of legal activities in representing the company in contacts with Government and Civil authorities, Clients, joint venture partners, other companies and business organizations. Acts as Company representative and liaises with local and foreign Governments and Civil authorities to finalize and obtain various type of permits and licenses. Obtains legal documents and basic information to support Company applications, completing necessary forms, securing required signatures and following up until documents are obtained. |
RequirementsRequirementsA) Arab Nationals (Saudi Preferably) B) Should be a holder of Degree in Law (Bachelor's Degree) C) Should be familiar with Saudi Labor Laws D) Minimum 4 to 5 Years E) Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills essential with good knowledge of Arabic. F) Permanent in Head Quarters, Jubail Industrial City. G) Driving License |
