Company Secretary

Job description / Role

- A Leading Saudi based, family run multi disciplined company is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Company Secretary to work direct for the Chairman.
- You will perform all the normal daily tasks of a company secretary including a large amount of financial tasks. You will also be trusted with a lot of confidential information and so will be responsible for monitoring and processing of all company data etc
- The company itself has been established for many years and is very well thought of in the region and it has interests in a number of industries including construction and engineering.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate will already hold the post of Company Secretary in the family run business and be familiar and highly competent at dealing with all duties pertaining to this role.
- You will also need to be qualified accountant.
- The candidate must also be happy to work and live in Saudi Arabia
- Arabic speaking is strongly preferred
