Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Coordinate the participation in external remuneration and benefits surveys and provide the HR Department with benchmark data analysis. Coordinate Global Mobility assignee calculations and monitoring of third party payments including tax payments and agreed services.
The post holder works under the auspices of the Agreements & Market Survey Lead and the Head of Compensation and Policy. The post holder is required to exercise judgment within the context of established Qatargas policies and guidelines.
Extensive negotiating with parties regarding provision of information and services and ensuring work is delivered as per set requirements and strict adherence to timelines regarding tax matters to ensure Qatargas remains 100% tax complaint for all international assignees.
Qatargas operates in a complex HR/Compensation environment. This presents particular challenges in conducting/participating in remuneration surveys and analysis of market data to balance the competitiveness of the package to different markets and nationality demographics.

Requirements

8 years’ HR experience, including 3 years exposure to compensation and benefit surveys and market analysis. Exposure to SAP HR and Purchasing Modules.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
High standard of report writing skills.
Computer literacy involving the use of spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.
Very good inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
SAP HR and Purchasing Modules.
Familiarity with Hay Paynet.
