Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Strategic:
- Coordinate with Department heads for the effective implementation of approved Human Resources policies & procedures related to C&B.
- Act as HR Stream Lead in developing & implementing HRMS modules for HRIS to ensure the development, set-up, testing, data validation, and training to the end-user level.
- Administering staff personnel files, organization charts and job descriptions of all individuals in each departments.

Planning:
- To develop the staff cost as per required manpower for the following year & considering all other factors involved in the overall cost estimation.
- Assist the HR & Admin Director in planning and administering the Performance Management System coordinating the Incentive/Bonus Program per approved policies.
- Assist the HR & Admin Director in identifying key/ critical resources, retention plan for the key/ critical resources, and developing succession plans for them accordingly.

Operational:
- To ensure implementing the salary surveys results and adhere to the C&B grid directed by corporate HR.
- Prepare C&B trend analysis, identify core issues and recommend solutions as appropriate.
- Ensure legal compliance & consistency in managing employee benefits.
- Investigate complaints in cases of violation of company HR policies pertaining to employees compensation and benefits or to their contractual entitlements.
- Manage HR data and records in HRIS system and issue periodic reports as and when required by top management.
- Implementing Performance Development Review programs & Appraisals and ensure the effective compensations management to retain talent employees within corporate guidelines & directions.
- Administering payroll, loans & advances, deductions and end of service benefits.
- Administering the Leave Management System.
- Administering the implementation of relevant insurance coverage for all employees that are entitled for coverage.

HR Metrics, Reporting & Administration:
- Consolidate HR Metrics & KPIs as directed focusing on factors impacting business growth & profitability.
- Providing periodical MIS reports to HR & Admin Manager, General Manager, and Corporate HR.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 8 years experience in HR/C&B of which at least 2 are in Supervisory or Management roles

Functional Knowledge:
- C&B exposure
- Job evaluation methods
- Compensation design
- Business reporting skills
- MIS reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of laws, policies and procedures
- Good IT knowledge
