Employment: Full Time

One of the reputable Islamic Bank is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role has key responsibility for managing day-to-day activity within the Comp & Bens team, as well as supporting on annual processes and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Salary and benefit against internal and external market
- Reporting on identified salary and benefits surveys as necessary
- Supporting annual salary review process
- Bonus planning, design, review and administration
- Acting as internal advisor on all projects/initiatives with a compensation & benefits impact involving interaction with staff at all levels from administration staff to senior business leaders

Requirements

- Qatari National only
- You will have at least 4 years C&B experience and be educated to degree level. CIPD certification will be preferred
- Past proven compensation and benefits experience within a commercial organisation including salary surveys, salary reviews, bonuses and management of benefits
- Strong numerical and analytical skills is a necessity
- High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office packages would be an advantage
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits reporting tools
- Capable of working on own projects and taking responsibility for work load
- Ability to work in a complex challenging and sensitive environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Enthusiastic team player
