Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop policies and programs for compensation & benefits and, after approval of Director OD, manage implementation, support management in applying and provide C&B information and services, in order to ensure professional reward management for SADAFCO.

Key Accountabilities:

C&B policies and systems
Develop, implement and maintain policies, systems and procedures for C&B, in order to enable a consistent and a structured reward management.

Payroll
Define and implement procedures for pay rolling in co-operation with Finance, maintain the payroll administration and prepare the monthly payroll for payment by Finance.

Payment requests
Ensure handling of various payment requests for employees (such as end of service payment, loans, leave tickets) by calculating, checking and approving, according to C&B policies and regulations, and send approvals to Finance for payment.

People Performance Management
Maintain and manage the People Performance Management processes and support management in the annual execution, in order to ensure timely and quality target setting and appraisal for employees, and a consistent salary and bonus review.

Organization charts
Develop and maintain organization charts for all departments and link changes to intranet organizational charts in order to have up-to-date charts available.

Job description and evaluation
Develop and maintain methodology and files for job descriptions and job evaluations and ensure timely updating of job descriptions and evaluations in co-operation with line management.

Employment offers and contracts
Draft and issue employment offers and contracts, and contract renewals, in line with the C&B policies and procedures.

C&B Administration
Develop and maintain the administrative systems and procedures for C&B, and execute the C&B administration according to C&B policies in order to maintain a sound C&B administration.

C&B information & reporting
Deliver the regular and ad hoc information and reporting on C&B issues including manpower, Saudization and for HR the monthly management and annual report, and advise pro-actively on basis of analysis.

Requirements

- University/ Bachelor's degree
- Specific diploma/education: Business Administration, HR, or Accounting
- 5 years experience in similar job
- Languages: fluent in English + Arabic
