Job description / Role
Objective: To manage and implement effective reward and remuneration initiatives across HMG to ensure competitive market positioning to attract, reward and retain top talents through dynamic structures, benefit baskets, motivating high performers, and benchmarking with healthcare sector within the Kingdom and internationally.
Reporting to: Director - Organization Effectiveness
Subordinates: Sr. Specialist, Analyst
Desired start date: 1 August 2014
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc. in Industrial Engineering/Human Resources/Business Administration
Other certifications obtained: HayGroup JE Methodology / MERCER / TOWERS WATSON
The nature and length of previous experience: 5-7 years of experience preferred in a healthcare environment, with 3 years in Compensation management position.
Specialist knowledge: Thorough knowledge of reward and remuneration principles, performance based rewards, with exposure to job evaluation methodologies.
Language Fluency: Arabic, English
