Job description / Role
For a leading company in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a person who has a minimum of 10 years experience of dealing primarily with compensation and benefits, not just an HR Generalist. Male candidates are preferred for this position due to visa restrictions. Applicants for this position must have worked with salary surveys, job analysis, and design, and carried out job evaluations. You should have had to looking at grading and pay structures within a company. GCC experience is preferred for this role although not essential for the right background. Applicants must have an excellent command of the English language and have very good interpersonal skills. Any nationality may apply. This position is based in Riyadh.
