Job description / Role
A leading FMCG Company in UAE is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager.
The role would involve coordinating with Department heads for the effective implementation of approved Human Resources policies & procedures related to C&B. This job requires both strategic and operational knowledge.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree
- Min. 6 years experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG industry of which at least 2 are in Supervisory or Management roles
- Arabic speaker
- Managerial experience is a must
