Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Candidates must have experience of the Oil & Gas Industry in the UAE / Gulf Region. Candidates must be living in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluations and job grading for each department
- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to develop competitive
compensation packages and pay structures for Emirati and expatriate packages
- Design, development and implement benefits and rewards policies
- Assist the HR Director in developing a compensation & benefits strategy and
policy in line with the organisations objectives
- Supporting the HR Director in conducting employee surveys to determine levels of employee engagement

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- 4-5 years experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the Middle East
- Knowledge of UAE Labour laws, pension and EOSB regulations
- Ability to write policies and reports

Candidate Profile:
- Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to communication effectively at all levels
- Fluency in English is essential

Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Human Resources
