Job description / Role
My client is a Multinational with offices in Dubai.
The Role
As Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will be the stand alone rewards specialist for the Middle East.
The main purpose of the role;
Review and develop C&B systems
Managing and reviewing company benefits
Interpreting salary and pay data
Recommend changes to ensure the smooth running of the department
Working with Head of HR to implement C&B strategy
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role:
A minimum of 8 years experience within C&B - essential
Will have worked in a stand alone C&B lead role - essential
Ability to get involved in C&B strategy - essential
Excellent communication skills - essential
Experience MUST be in the GCC or from a Western country - essential
Salary
AED 27,000 - 30,500
