Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist role will report to the Group HR Manager

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement long-term reward policies and practices to closely support and advance business objectives.
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives.
- Design pay structures and pay progression arrangements.
- Use various methods and techniques to make decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non financial compensations.
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
- Assess employees' needs by conducting organisational surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
-Conduct regular Salary survey and data analysis to determine competitive compensation plans.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 yrs of Compensation & Benefits experience- Essential.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and the UAE labor laws and pension regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
